1. Submit Proof of Immunizations

All University of Florida students are required to submit proof of immunizations to the Student Health Care Center. Without proper proof of immunizations, we will not be able to register you for your classes, and you may be charged late fees by the University!

2. Purchase Laptop Computer

All Florida MBA Programs require that you have a notebook computer. Please review the computer requirements of Florida MBA Programs and the Warrington College of Business.

3. Make Hotel Reservations

The MBA Programs Office has made special arrangements for you with some nearby hotels. Click the link below for more information. If you do NOT need hotel reservations, please send an email to indicating this so that we can better prepare for those that do!

4. Submit Your Emergency Contact Information

As part of the University of Florida's ongoing effort to build a comprehensive emergency notification plan, the University is now requiring emergency contact information for all students. A hold has been placed on each student's record (current and incoming students). The hold will prevent us from registering you for courses. If we are unable to register you, you may be charged late fees by the University.

Please wait until you have received word from the MBA Program that you have been admitted before attempting to submit your Emergency Contact Information.

5. Pay Your Deposit

You should have received an invoice for your deposit with your admission letter. You may pay your deposit via credit card by calling Devona Ferguson at (352) 273-0349.
