The Department of Management
Professor Maurer teaches in the areas of legal environment, international business law, cyberlaw and business ethics. She has published more than 25 articles and books and is past editor-in-chief of the American Business LawJournal. She was a visiting scholar at Cambridge (England), Spring 1994. She has lectured or taught at SDA Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), Fall 1994, 1995 and 1996; Helsinki School of Economics, 1998; University of London Institute For Advanced Legal Studies, 1999; Dublin Institute of Technology, 1999; Vanderbilt University, 1998, 1999; University of Catania, 1999, 2001 and 2003. Professor Maurer is immediate past president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and a member of the Executive Committee (1999 – present).
