How Can I Check on My Financial Aid Application?
You can check on the status of your financial aid by using SFA TIPS, the aid office's touch-tone interactive phone system. Dial the TIPS line, (352) 846-1183, enter your social security number and your UF PIN (your birthday month and day mm-dd).
You can also check the status of your financial aid online through ISIS - the University of Florida Integrated Student Information System.

When Are Financial Aid Funds Received?
Students meeting the application date of March 15th will receive an award notification email indicating the estimated amount of Stafford/Ford loan eligibility. Instructions for completing loan promissory notes and other loan requirements will be provided with the email award notification.
The funds are applied toward tuition and the student will be sent the difference typically during the first two weeks of the semester, assuming that a student has enrolled for the necessary number of hours and has submitted all requested documents. University Financial Services (UFS) mails checks to local addresses. You may sign up to have your check deposited directly into your bank account by going to ISIS, then choosing "Financial Services", then "EFT Sign Up".
