Two-Year
Florida's Internet 2-Year Program is designed for those individuals who are unable to come to Gainesville on a regular basis to earn their MBA degree due to distance, work commitments, or financial constraints.
The Internet 2-Year Program is divided into seven four-month terms. The curriculum has been carefully designed to maximize the MBA educational experience while allowing the student to work almost exclusively from their home or office. Students are required to meet in Gainesville just once every term to take finals and participate in case presentations, unlike other MBA programs for working professionals, which may require a significant number of campus visits.
Since the key to the Internet Program is flexibility, students will be able to communicate with their professors and classmates through a variety of technologies, including Internet-based software. Students interested in this program must be comfortable with interactive technology and use of the Internet.

This Program offers a 27-month curriculum (48 credit hours) in which students meet for one weekend (Saturday-Sunday) at the end of each term.
In addition to campus visits, course work is offered electronically through Internet communications such as e-mail, web browsers, bulletin boards, synchronous group discussion software, asynchronous class presentation software, video and audio streaming and interactive CD-ROM technology.

Technology Environment
Students in the Internet programs are provided with a notebook computer and an iPod. The cost of these items is included in the program tuition and you keep them after graduation. You will receive the notebook computer with pre-loaded software and you will be provided with technology training at orientation. These items are required as having a standard notebook eases the support burden on the technology staff.

Costs
All amounts are based on current estimates of fees, tuition, and expenses. These amounts are expected to increase each year. A non-refundable deposit of $2700 is required upon admission.

Total Program Fees: $41,000

Note: Program estimates do not include the cost of travel expenses (e.g., airfare) for campus visits or the cost of the hotel stay while in Gainesville. The Florida MBA Programs will coordinate hotel reservations on behalf of students, however, students must pay the hotel directly. Special rates have been negotiated with area hotels. You will receive more information on the hotels after being admitted.
