Passport Information
You must have a valid passport with at least three (preferably more) clear (blank) pages. A blank page consists of the right and the left hand pages facing each other to both be blank. If you do not have enough blank pages, you will have to have pages added. For U.S. passports, there is no charge for this service (unless you want expedited handling). If you do not have a passport, apply for one immediately on being accepted in the program.

Accomodations
In Nizhny Novgorod we will be staying in the dorm/hotel at the Linguistic University. There are both twin rooms and a few single rooms, both with a shared bathroom. In Moscow we will be staying 3 nights in a hotel. If you would like a single room, there will be a charge of $250.00 in addition to the program fee. Please indicate your preference for the type of room you want to reserve:

Deposit Information
A non-refundable deposit of $600.00 per participant is required at the time of application. The remainder of the payment in full is due no later than 8 July 2009. If paying the deposit by credit card, please log onto the Continental Capers Travel secure website and follow the instructions.

Dr. Crum will acknowledge receipt of your application by email to the address indicated on the application form as soon as your deposit is verified. NOTE: The deposit will not be processed (either by cashing your check or by debiting your credit card) unless and until you are formally accepted into the program (not placed on the waiting list). You will be notified by e-mail at the address listed on the Application Form if you have been accepted or placed on the waiting list. You will be placed in the queue for your cohort on the basis of the date we receive your application and deposit.
